Usually when we work with a new customer, the first step is imagination. This is essentially a chance for our customer to share their ideas ... This in my opinion is the most important part to making the end goal a success. Understanding their needs and wants will be the foundation to how we need to move forward. Regardless of whether its a streetwear garment or a fire resistant product all areas of imagination must be explored and valued.
